Hi all,

Thank you for the great welcome we were shown on Fri 24/4, my friend and I had travelled through the day and previous night to get to the ground so we were tired but we had a brilliant time and got to see Rapid win 2-0! The atmosphere was brilliant considering the ground was not even close to capacity, one day I will return to watch Rapid beat Steaua!!!

After getting some pictures on the pitch as suggested we were lucky to meet the fans leader and the guy that leads the singing, after I sang the "Hoopoo" song to him in Romanian he even gave me his scarf! His English was no better than my Romanian but I learnt his English team is Charlton, sadly they are doing as badly as mine, Southampton!

We had a good laugh with many people in the stand who all asked us to return, one day when we've saved up some more money we will for sure!

Thanks again to all we met for your kindness, at the game and over the weekend.

PS you are lucky to have so many pretty girls in Romania!!!
